Come, stay, and explore—that’s the motto for the 2013 AIA National Convention & Design Exposition taking place in scenic Denver, Co. Wasting no time, the state’s chapter AIA Colorado put out a promotional video for next year’s convention, just as the Washington, D.C., chapter finished hosting this year’s annual gathering.
Playing off the 2013 theme “Leadership for Architecture … Leadership Beyond Architecture,” the video features several state leaders including Gov. John Hickenlooper, Colorado legislator Rep. Cheri Gerou, FAIA, and Colorado state architect Larry Friedberg, AIA. They all want you to come see the exhibits and explore the city during the 2013 convention, June 20–22.
