The Ignacia Apartments are located in Santiago, Chile, in a neighborhood with low, medium, and high density residences, surrounded by parks and squares, and the presence of the north hills, the mountains, and the nearby Mapocho River.

The investment operation consists of an atypical operation; instead of selling apartments, it sells square meters. Each owner buys the square meters for development of an apartment that fits the program of his or her needs.
