The Elevate conference takes place Dec. 8 to 10, 2025 in Miami.

High-rise living is redefining the way we experience urban spaces, transforming skylines into breathtaking works of art and innovation. Architects and developers are pushing boundaries like never before, using cutting-edge technologies and visionary designs to create communities that soar above cities and set new standards for modern living.

Now in its third year, December 8–10, Elevate moves to a new venue—the Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami—which will serve as the gathering place for top developers, architects, and investors driving innovation in luxury development. Attendees will explore the design, finance, and cultural forces transforming the skyline through a mix of high-level discussions and peer-to-peer networking.

Highlights of the program include sessions on the state of the market and economy, capital strategies, global luxury trends and buyer behavior, the role of branding in high-rise development, AI’s influence on marketing and design, and wellness-driven living. Other panels will examine how food, art, and technology are shaping the next era of experiential design.

The conference will also honor Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear, co-founding partners Arquitectonica Architects, as “Architects of the Year,” and Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Design at Naftali Group as “Developer of the Year.” Here, we explore the groundbreaking work of Arquitectonica and Naftali and their visions for the future of high-rise luxury living.
