Tamara Eagle Bull

Tammy Eagle Bull, FAIA, AICAE, NCARB, is a member of the Oglala Lakota Nation from Pine Ridge, S.D. She is the co-founder and president of Encompass Architects, in Lincoln, Neb., which works across the country with tribal nations, helping to build community. In 2018, Tammy received AIA’s Whitney M. Young Jr. Award.
