Deryl McKissack is CEO of McKissack & McKissack, a national architecture, engineering, and program- and construction-management firm. Based in Washington, D.C., the firm has offices in Austin, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles. Its portfolio includes projects in aviation, civic, cultural, commercial, education, infrastructure, sports, and other industries. In 2020, her 30th year as CEO, McKissack developed a seven-point plan to combat racism and discrimination in the AEC industry.
