Chris Daemmrich

R. Chris Daemmrich is a Southern advocate for justice and equity in the built environment, based in New Orleans. He teaches at Tulane University and is a mentor in NOMA Louisiana's Project Pipeline program. He is also a co-facilitator of the collective Emergent Grounds for Design Education, a board member of the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans and of the Association for Community Design, a member of the Architecture Lobby and of the United Teachers of New Orleans, AFT Local 527.
