Durkan EcoSense

EcoSense is a new lower-weight option for the Merit line of carpet from Durkan, a brand of the Mohawk Group. At just 26 ounces, which is 6 ounces lighter than standard tufted carpets, it has a smaller environmental impact by using fewer raw materials in its manufacture and having lower fuel and transportation costs. It also contains 25% recycled content. It is available in two style groupings: Clean Grid, a patterned cut-loop running line design in 12 colors, and Stripe, offered in 26 patterns and eight colors. themohawkgroup.com
