As a result of the decline in housing and commercial design and construction, Looney Ricks Kiss Architects announced that it has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy reorganization. The firm, which recently closed five of its nine offices, will continue operating out of the four remaining offices in Memphis, Princeton, N.J., Celebration, Fla., and Baton Rouge, La.
