USGBC Connects Green-Minded Pros, Consumers Online

1 MIN READ

The USGBC’s “Green Home Guide,” re-launched in November, provides an online resource for consumers seeking information about building, buying, and operating a sustainable home, as well as an opportunity for green building pros to market their expertise.

The Web site includes articles written by industry experts and an “Ask a Pro” section where homeowners can get specific questions answered by experts across a variety of topics. Finally, a searchable database allows visitors to search for green professionals by location.

Green building pros can register their companies for the directory at www.greenhomeguide.com; premium listings with extended profiles and project images are available. Pros also can sign up to be approved by the USGBC to answer consumer questions and contribute articles.
