As part of the Green Building Design Certificate continuing education program, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art is offering a 10-session preparatory course for the 2009 LEED New Construction exam. The course runs from Feb. 17 through April 21 at a yet-to-be-determined location on The Cooper Union’s Astor Place campus in New York City. Registration is still open.
Course topics include the new credit categories established for the 2009 version of LEED New Construction, changes in the exam for 2009, and the exams for the other LEED rating systems. The LEED New Construction Exam prep course uses learning aids and practice tests for exam preparation.
