Greensburg, Kan., Breaks Ground on Green Community Building
As part of its commitment to green rebuilding, tornado-ravaged Greensburg, Kan., broke ground on the new Kiowa County Community Building, which will be certified LEED-Platinum. (The Pratt Tribune)
