Renaissance Lighting and Philips Solid-State Lighting Solutions have signed a licensing agreement providing Renaissance with access to Philips’ worldwide patent portfolio. The agreement allows Renaissance to offer its own intelligent LED products and use Philips’ core solid-state lighting technology in the development of new products.
