Wonder how the sharing economy of Uber and Airbnb might affect cities in the future, and Manhattan in particular? That’s the question the nonprofit Storefront for Art and Architecture in New York set out to answer with the exhibition Sharing Models: Manhattanisms. While the show closes on September 2, you can claim a piece of it for your own in the accompanying online auction. Thirty firms each created a drawing and a model to illustrate their predictions of the “sharing” future, and all of the drawings are up for grabs. Bidding starts at $300 for most.
