AMLI’s Miami Midtown multi-residential property is located in the heart of Miami and is poised to attract new residents looking for a more low-key, high-quality lifestyle in a major city. As a developer, AMLI’s key goal is to delight and retain potential new residents of the space. Yellow Goat helped deliver this metric with 10 signature fixtures that light up the space. In the lobby entry, an homage to vintage Miami design, we created a custom golden pendant light that reflects and amplifies the surrounding gold of the banquettes. The gym houses our Whale fixture in sustainable wood, while the game room stays on-brand with our Crikey Cardboard Croc for the state that is home to “gatortown.” At the reception desk you’ll find an out of the box, Box Breakout, our Chrysalis, as well as our Ell, Halo, and Cans fixtures. In the elevator bay a dazzling 90 Degrees fixture. The saloon showcases a rustic bronze version of our With a Twist and a Custom Bike Wheel fixture that brands the craft room/bike storage area and speaks to AMLI’s core value of promoting bike-centric transport instead of cars.
