Cottonwood Management introduces Echelon, a new lifestyle concept for the Boston residential market, with its new 1.33 million-square-foot mixed-use development in the heart of the Seaport District. The project is comprised of three towers with 887,000 square feet of luxury residential and 125,000 square feet of retail, all anchored by a center destination piazza with an architecturally-striking landmark bridge, outdoor seating on multiple levels, distinctive artwork and beautiful tree canopy to welcome residents and visitors alike. The 3.5-acre development at Seaport Boulevard and B Street has been designed with diverse heights and building materials to reflect Boston’s eclectic skyline and to create a neighborhood-oriented, active urban streetscape.
