Project Description
Located on the grounds of President Calvin Coolidge’s former Summer residence in Swampscott Massachusetts. This twenty-unit luxury residential project occupies three separate buildings forming an ocean-front court connected by an underground parking garage. Evoking Architect Arthur Little’s original Beaux-Arts / Colonial Revival home, the new buildings unfold to reveal a modern spirit offering residents privacy, open plans, expansive ocean views, and contemporary amenities.
