Project Description

This is a mixed-use TOC project designed for the pedestrian experience. It includes low income housing, retail and commercial space. Concrete masses that support the building are pushed back at street level to make room for landscaping. Five levels of housing include 34 market-rate units and 6 one and two-bedroom affordable housing units. There are over 3,000 sq. ft. for commercial space and amenities, including a fitness center, parking and a roof terrace.
