The entire building will consist of 9 1bed/1bath units with approximately 730 SqFt, 60 2beds/2baths units with approximately 930 SqFt and 36 3beds/2baths units with approximately 1,030 SqFt, all units will include a Juliet balcony. The project will consist of 3 separate buildings sharing a 5,100 SqFt club house with community pool and 178 parking spaces.
The entire project will be built using the brickless construction system by Brickless Developer Group.
