Project Description
This project site is in a vibrant section of the city which enjoys great access to transit and existing urban amenities. The 11-story façade meets the ground and connects to the streetscape with an outdoor dining area and glass storefront, allowing for an activated presence off the sidewalk. While its height transitions between the neighboring properties – we’ve felt the necessity to create a strong singular image on Broadway.
