Project Description
The Point Loma/ Loma Portal area is a well-known neighborhood in San Diego, identified as a laid back, walkable community with many restaurants and stores. In addition, it is a stone’s throw to Liberty Station, which has even more local offerings. When Sea West Properties, asked IGroup Design for assistance to help lease their new 12-unit multistory townhomes development by furnishing one of their model units, IGroup Design was thrilled to support a local community partner. IGroup Design sought to capture the neighborhood lifestyle by showing how the open floor plan can be a place of gathering and socializing and the home office offers a live-work opportunity. The selected furnishings are modern in style, color and texture all reflecting the clean lines of the exterior and interior of the building. The townhomes were quickly leased to the delight of the property owners.
