Project Description
Business expansion from over-the-counter to prescription drug manufacturing required a major shift in facility design, to accommodate stringent FDA regulations, quality control and assurance, and support spaces for staff. KSD was involved in designing 12,500 s.f. of Formulation, Analytical, Research and Development, and QA QC laboratories, and 13,000 s.f. of Corporate Office space. Under construction now is Phase II of the fit-out: Guardian’s 80,000 s.f. pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
