Project Description

A multi family residential project subdivides a block into two homes. In the Pavilion home the living and family pavilions are separated by a toddler friendly courtyard which seamlessly integrates into the living area with its large bi-fold doors opening onto terraced decks.
The open plan living and dining design enjoy high timber lined ceilings with a mezzanine study/cubby house above the kitchen.
Mum can watch her kids play -from her custom design lux kitchen- in the secure courtyard with its green herb wall. A juliette balcony in the Master bedroom suite overlooks the courtyard and living pavillion below.

The new dual occ home follows the contours of the sloping block in a Melbourne suburb adding value through the dual occupancy subdivision. See the video
