Affordable multi-family mixed-use housing
Owners: Avant Housing, BRIDGE Housing and Chinatown Community Development Center
In response to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency’s Request for Proposals, our development team included four architectural firms designing a residential hi-rise tower, four mid-rise buildings, and townhomes that would occupy two city blocks. SSDP was responsible for the design of two of the mid-rise buildings that would house affordable family units, a daycare center, retail, a roof top terrace, residents’ community room, and service spaces.
