The custom modern single family residence at 105 E Rivo Alto Drive is a 2-story, 9,000 square feet, project executed by Choeff Levy Fischmann Architecture + Design.
This Tropical Modern family residence provides exemplary views of the water by incorporating indoor-outdoor living with the use of an open layout and expansive sliding glass doors that fully open to the outside. The design concept incorporates thinner exterior overlapping elements and the use of stucco, stone, glass and wood. The monotone interiors feature off whites and beiges along with limestone flooring on the first floor and wood flooring on the second floor.
