Project Description
Arrowstreet is the master planner and architect for this vibrant waterfront development in Boston’s Innovation District. The thoughtful balance of uses will integrate housing, a boutique hotel, flexible office space, and restaurants and retail. The rental housing will provide sweeping water views from an array of unit types, including “innovation units,” studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. A central, shared courtyard connects residents, workers, and visitors. This sustainable development is being designed to be LEED Silver certifiable.
