Project Description
Arrowstreet designed Biomed’s new regional office, which overlooks the real estate developer’s portfolio in Boston and Cambridge. The design embodies the identity of this leading life sciences development firm: the space is open, provides transparency across collaborative work spaces, and is crisply detailed. The central circulation spine curves through the office and features an interactive screen and pin-up displays of current projects. The kitchen café serves as the office hub, uniting clustered offices. Multiple breakout/”huddle” spaces encourage impromptu discussions and collaboration.
