LA Build Corp (labuildcorp.com), the Los Angeles-based general contractors and real estate development firm worked on a stunning walled and gated contemporary home in the heart of Los Angeles. The firm built the 6,000+ sq ft home with the California lifestyle in mind. The team incorporated a wide variety of indoor-outdoor living spaces, including a 1,057 sq ft rooftop deck with panoramic city views. In an effort to create an easy and functional flow, LA Build Corp created a beautiful open floor plan with volume spaces, walls of glass, expansive pocketed Fleetwood door systems and a grand center open-tread staircase. The kitchen is inspired by a clean and modern aesthetic incorporating LEICHT products with a center island and Miele appliances. Additionally, this home includes phenomenal imported bath tiles and Graf fixtures, custom hardwood floors, and a state-of-the-art URC home automation system. Keeping with the indoor/outdoor living theme, LA Build Corp created an outdoor space that seamlessly flows with the interior. An integrated swimmers lap pool and spa were added along with an outdoor movie projector for exterior entertaining year-round. A gorgeous Ipe wood deck shines in the backyard, complete with a bar, fire pit, and BBQ area. The firm is highly regarded for its success in maximizing lot size, especially in heavily-populated areas such as Los Angeles.
