This home’s Old World Andalusian styling is unmistakable, from its stone walled entry courtyard with
bougainvillea draped trellis and wrought iron gateway, to the towering circular entry portico. This 3,433
square foot living area home features three bedrooms and three and a half baths. This design was for a 70’
wide villa enclave.
In order to avoid the long unbroken sides of typical narrow lot line products we introduced a side
courtyard, bringing in natural light and giving the dining room and second guest bedroom a focal point.
The other guest suite overlooks the entry courtyard, ensuring all guests feel special.
The foyer is wide and bright avoiding the alley effect of other similar product. The openness of the great
room and kitchen area further enhances the homes sense of width. A large veranda gives great opportunity
for outdoor living including outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
The master suite is accessed off the foyer and features his and hers closet, as well as a third closet for
shoes, handbags or winter clothes. The master bath has a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, his/her vanities
and dressing vanity.
