Project Description

Classy Residence

The Jägerstraße is situated in Berlin’s historical centre called Friedrichstadt. Named after the royal hunting court, the street used to be an important finance and fashion centre of the rapidly growing Berlin in the first half of the 20th century.
The Belles Etages are a unique apartment complex in a very central yet quiet neighbourhood, close to the U-Bahn station Hausvogteiplatz and minutes away from the well known shopping, dining and entertainment venues. The exclusive residence replaces a sober 1980s police station building. The classical and elegant architecture of the representative new estate follows the glamorous tradition of the quarter with a structured natural-stone and plaster façade. Apartment sizes range from 70 to 290 square meters. The light and airy interiors feature oak parquet, natural stone bathrooms with saunas, fully fitted kitchens, open fireplaces, floor heating and air conditioning. The estate’s amenities include full-service concierge, in-house parking and a club lounge
