Project Description
We were commissioned to design an office and co-working space for Work Smart. On the plus side, we were given a very nice 19th-century building that even featured some intact masonry on the ceiling, but we were also given a quite strict timeframe and rather scarce resources. The challenge was to restructure, repurpose, and renovate this beautiful but slightly abandoned place using the most cost-efficient solutions to complete a classy and functional space that could serve a multitude of purposes.
