Project Description

The design for the new Nature Place embraces Berks Nature’s belief “that nature is essential to our quality of life” and so the goal of the new facility is to connect people to nature. The design is simple, functional, modest upon approach, and serves as a testament to Berks’ environmental and conservation principles related to green building, energy stewardship, and sustainable development. The new building provides Berks Nature with necessary space for education, community meetings, and administration. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver.
