Project Description

Vail Mountain School, an independent college preparatory school serving grades K-12, contracted Hord Coplan Macht to refresh their existing library and learning commons. The school was looking for a design that was both attractive and functional in the context of 21st Century learning environment. We collaborated with the school to decide on the addition of four glass-enclosed study rooms with integrated technology complemented by new interior carpet and modern lighting and furniture selections. The resulting design designated spaces to study, collaborate and hold group meetings that feel private, comfortable and practical.
