Donald Lococo Architects creates well considered and thoughtful homes. Informed by pragmatics, budget constraints, and client preferences, our houses evolve amid a continuous collaboration with the homeowner.

Focusing exclusively on single family homes and additions, the practice remains well versed in all architectural styles and historic periods. This dexterity also allows our clients to move toward modern or traditional preferences and let their home develop freely during the design process. 

Donald’s work has been repeatedly featured in magazines such as Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, House Beautiful and The Washingtonian. The firm has designed houses for a US President, and a score of interior designers and lifestyle magazine editors’ own homes. He has had the distinction of receiving Benjamin Moore’s internationally coveted Hue Award and Southern Living magazine’s Home of the Year Award.
