Project Description
The design prioritizes the public green areas and allow optimal flow between dwellings, pedestrians, and motorcycles without being over budget. The combination of an efficient dwelling and a garden corridor make up one unit. These units creates two super-blocks that interlock based on site efficiency and provide the opportunity for shared green areas. Thus, achieving the main idea to save construction costs and allow bigger budgets for the public areas.
