Project Description
The new 35,400 SF Kynetic Headquarters supports three separate and distinct business units united through shared formal and informal collaborative spaces, many of which occupy a new open mezzanine inserted into the high-bay structure of the existing shell. Environetics workplace programming and planning services focused on discovering and fostering the Kynetic culture through the organization of space and the design expression. The highly integrated approach of the Environetics team of architects, interior designers, MEP/FP engineers and structural engineers working together from day-one, allowed the development of a semi-industrial design expression that conveys the young energetic work style of this dynamic internet commerce company.
