Project Description
Major renovation and additions to an existing building at the Rock Creek Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility. The building formerly housed maintenance and warehouse uses. The project added an operations center, staff offices and staff lunch room relocated from other locations on the multi-building campus. New exterior metal panel and masonry veneer cladding replaced the existing deteriorated EIFS system. New interior finishes throughout the building and the existing concrete floor slab is being retained with a new dyed and polished finish system.
