Tandus Floorings District, designed by Suzanne Tick, uses basic geometric forms influenced by the paintings of Piet Mondrian. Available as both a modular carpet and Powerbonda hybrid resilient sheet flooringDistrict comes in three patterns and 17 colors. Both are made with Antron Lumena solution-dyed type 6,6 nylon. Modular sizes include 18", 24", and 36" squares. Powerbond is installed in 6' by 100' sheets, and it has one of the lowest embodied energy ratings of any flooring. Available backings include ER3, made from recycled content, and ethos polymer, made from the film used in recycled safety glass and windshields. tandus.com
