Parex USA’s 121 Optimum Lite EIFS Base Coat & Adhesive comes in a 33-lb. bag but delivers the same coverage as 121 Optimum Finish in a 50-lb. bag. By reducing weight without reducing coverage, the product decreases shipping costs and carbon footprints. 121 Optimum is a base coat for Parex exterior insulation-finishing system and an adhesive to laminate EPS to listed substrates.
