Annual Design Review 2009: Live: Honorable Mention

StudioMET — Jackson Homes consists of three two-bedroom town homes in Houston, built for $79 per square foot. The jurors were not all convinced that the project pushed the design envelope, but Ellen Dunham-Jones lauded the results given the ultralow budget. She thought the project was on par with ones “at four times the dollar figure.”
