RockFarmer Properties, led by George Michelis and John Petras, is a developer, owner, and operator of residential and commercial real estate in New York. The Company seeks to undertake transformative projects involving undervalued and/or underserved properties in prime supply-constrained neighborhoods. These projects have included ground-up developments, and redevelopments, as well as repositionings involving rebranding and substantial capital improvements.
