Florida developer Elad National Properties released renderings of a new condo project designed by Daniel Libeskind, AIA, for Boca Raton, Fla. The new Mizner on the Green project includes 500 high-end units across four towers, and will replace the 246-unit rental project that is currently on the site under the same name. The new condos will average 2,500 square feet.

The proposed project also includes a two acre park and 1,100 parking spaces in what a Elad press release calls a “landscaped structure.” Studio Daniel Libeskind, which has offices in New York City, Zürich, and Milan, will collaborate with the project’s local architect, West Palm Beach–based firm Garcia Stromberg and GS4 Studios. EDSA is the landscape architect. The project is scheduled to begin site work next year.
