Revised Deadlines for the 2014 AL Light & Architecture Design Awards

1 MIN READ

Architectural Lighting is pleased to announce that the registration site for the 2014 AL Light & Architecture Design Awards is now open. The entry deadlines have been revised and are as follows: May 19 – regular entry; May 30 – late entry. The registration site and entry form are available at aldesignawards.com.
A few new items to be aware of for the 2014 entry process:
First, there is a new registration system, which will allow participants to register and pay for all entries in one single payment. After entrants complete the information requirements for the first entry, they will be prompted to add additional entries, if that is the case. Entrants also have the ability to go back at a later time and add additional entries, and the system will recall the information already provided, so long as the same entrant name and email are being used.
Second, ‘Residential’ has been omitted as a separate category. This decision was made based on the performance of the category over the past decade. If there is some aspect of a residential project that an entrant would like to submit, that can still be done via the ‘Interiors’ category.
Otherwise, the entry process and rules remain generally the same as past years. To register and download the entry form go to aldesignawards.com. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Elizabeth Donoff, Editor-in-Chief at edonoff@hanleywood.com.
