MGG Architects in Transit

Firm Description

Since I started the studio in 2001 I have combined my practice with a teaching activity at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture. This has led to a very enriching and challenging time in which the academic experience has influenced the way I have developed my professional practice and the way I approach architecture.

My international background, my knowledge to some extend objective approach to the Danish culture, and not least my interest and understanding of the Nordic tradition in architecture, has contributed positively on the understanding the aspects of culture in architecture. In my projects as a marriage between Nordic simple lines and a southern comprehension of space and movement, and in the school by organizing international workshops where to discuss these cultural aspects.
