2012 Kitchen and Bath Design Award Winners

Juries for both the 2012 residential architect and Custom Home Design Awards gravitated toward kitchens and baths that open up to adjacent rooms or outdoor spaces. Ranging from a translucent bath cube in a New York loft to a Minneapolis high-end custom kitchen that blends traditional style with a modern outlook, the projects all demonstrate the popularity of integrating these primary living spaces with the rest of the house.

We’ve gathered the eight winning projects into a single slideshow so you can view the results in these popular categories all at once.
