Project Description
The terrace of the Evry station is part of a network of bridges and pedestrian areas on an artificial ground. It is directly connected to metropolitan infrastructures (Evry 2 shopping center, multimodal station RER / bus and tour LCL). Despite its location in the heart of the city, this place is clearly out of the urban intensity.
We propose to change this terrace into an amazing urban space including new equipments able to serve and enhance the attractiveness of the Evry station area. The regular geometry of the terrace is revealed tanks to a square pattern layout. This frame gives the measure of the terrace and a unified perception in a composite urban landscape. In addition, a set of street furniture is established to satisfied the needs of the various users of this place.
