Project Description
One Dallas Center is an adaptive re-use of a thirty-story high-rise building in downtown Dallas. Floors 1-14 consist of renovated office space while floors 13-30 house 276 luxury apartment homes. StreetLights Residential completed the adaptive re-use of the luxury apartment homes, apartment lobby and pool.
