Raised the roof with the second floor intact and slide in two new bedrooms and a new bath . Create a Modern Exterior when you have perfectly good but boring cedar siding ? Cedar severed two ways on a concrete block base covered with large format exterior porcelain tile Create narrow exterior stair to the to the main entrance feel like a grand stairway. Make it a look like a object you want to climb. Create a way cool way of bring grocery and people up to the new living level. Install a clear tube air driven elevator. AFTER: American Modern: Seven Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms ,Two Kitchen (one Exterior) and Three Car Garage,
