AIA|DC is accepting applicants for its 2016 Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP). The CKLDP is a year-long program focusing on nurturing professional skills for emerging architects. Applications are due June 29.
AIA|DC’s Emerging Architects Committee is holding its second annual Thesis Showcase. Graduates from accredited architectural degree programs (B.Arch. and M.Arch) in the last three years who have completed a thesis project are eligible to apply. Submissions are due July 1.
An open, international competition has begun for a World War I Memorial on a 1.8-acre site within Washington, D.C.’s Pershing Park. Stage 1 design entries are due July 21.
